Divisions don't spread over the frontline

I had an army assigned to a front line, but instead of spreading evenly, ALL divisions just stacked in one province, if i wasn't clear i can provide a screenshot. What have i done and how can i undo it?

When you create the frontline, if you press the wrong button you'll drag to create the line across a portion of the province. As you likely clicked, that 'line' will be more of a dot. Delete the line using the delete order tool and recreate it, pay attention to the tooltip when you create the line - I think it's either left-clicking or right clicking which is the wrong one to do but I can't remember which.

I noticed this happened to me if I dragged a frontline against a border with an allied nation. It was also in my faction.

not sure whats going on? try right click delete all orders. then select frontline and left click on the line

if that doesn't work then use the right click to set up the frontline since you said you had some success with that

Same problem. Frontlines arent working sometimes, which absolutly ♥♥♥♥ ev erything over.

Had this happening to me yesterday as well, after several times deleting/redoing the front line, reassigning the troops to the frontline and what not it somehow started to work again.

yea, as Cyborg said, you cant assign troops to an allied border apperantly

You need to re-assign troops to your front again by selecting your general first. If that does not work, you need to delete front and draw new one again, then assign troops to that front. By the way, you have to do it to your movement arrows aswell most of the time for these to work as intended. Its very annoying.
