It depends on what you mean. Making your faction the only one alive should be easy enough. im in 1943, axis are gone besides mainland japan and the allies are ripe, they have nothing left but 20k planes.
As far as one tag wc is concerned im certain, but i suspect that you can do it with a bit of planing.

Yes, i have double their army and equal ships that should provide me some sort of access to the Americas. And i just recently sank 11 of their BB and 3 CV :)

There's no true time limit - So yes. You can theorically keep taking more and more land until you own the entire world.

Oh and i was talking in ironman and before '49 terms. While you can play forever i think you only can earn achivements until start (or end?) of '49.

You can play for as long as you want to. But the Technology only goes to 1949 or so.

I think at the enddate all that happens is that a screen comes up where you can go to menu or keep playing. The thing is as one of the big guys you should be able to win by that point and as one of the small nations i would say you have to win earlier because of manpower constraints.

Anyway you can normally edit the end date of the game in the common/defines folder with Paradox games.
