exactly... you wouldnt export food if your nation is starving for example :p but you could say "max 50% of produced whatever" that would be better in my opinion...

This is not food however - and seizing control of the assets and factories is hardly a very "free trade" thing to do.

Yes, It just simulate that most of the exports are done by the private sectors and the state has limited say in it .

Changing your economys laws give you more control (at the cost of productivity): you don't have to close everything: Limited export is an option too
