How to change government?

I want to buy this game but before i do i want to know that i can play as a fascist usa. Is that possible?

Dunno on USA but started playing Tibet for lulz when you have enough government power you can instate a "politician" that starts converting your populations ideology later on giving you a choice in a peacefull change or civil war. The peacefull change will change ur nation into the ideology you enticed becoming the facist nation you want in this case. :P

I think there's some sort of National Focus that brings you closer to Germany? Not sure but you could look

I saw a stream, where he played as Communist USA, so I guess you can be facist as well :)
