Intel HD 530 here. The posted screenshot is with vsync disabled, the second one being enabled. Would be better if you actually provide your CPU model so I get to know its generation and its GPU since the performance REALLY differs between generations.
My HD 530 is 3 times faster than Ivy Bridge iGPU (285 vs 903), I guess I will test the game with those effects turned off, fear not!

But it is a newer game so likely it has higher requirements
