command to remove province/state owner?

anyone know how? I tried "setowner [country tag] [state id]", but it just adds another state owner on top of the original owner.

first write in console "tdebug" you will see stat ID and province ID

then you can add core:
add_core stat ID country tag: like this "add core 1000 ENG"
then you need to "setowner" and "setcontroller"
setcontroller - you need set controll of every province in the stat you whant to add:

Set onwer will not gave you full control you need to add controll to your country.
