Does anybody know if there will be cheats? If yes, which one and how can you use them?

yes and you use them in the same way as other paradox games, in a stream the devs mentioned that there is one called researchall which gives all research if they are right but that might not still be in it, dunno the code but there is also one that when you type it in you then click on the research you want then it will be done instantly.
But you can just type in help in game when released to get a list of them. I was gonna ask why you wanna cheat even before release then i noticed your name :)

Well there are - but you don't stockpile them. I imagine there's a console command that could spawn resources in regions.

No fuel, no rares, no energy. The game directly produces and consumes materials. No stockpiles. Somewhere like Brazil has around 30 rubber. In total. Which they can choose to trade if they don't use it themselves.

Beware: yesman tends to also make AI accept anything from OTHER AI. Which can seriously skew your campaigns if someone demands something that you'd normally never see be accepted.

I think these are the most useful ccommands for HOI 4:

pp 100 [or other number] to add 100 political points

xp 100 [or other number] to add 100 army, navy, and air experience points

Careful when using those because it might only work the first time you do it unless you reload a save.

focus.autocomplete to instantly finish a national focus.

Does not work for those already in progress so make sure you have no focus selected, enter the command, then click on the focus you want in the tree. Type it in again to turn it off.

nextsong to you know, skip to the next song.

I've been trying to mess around with add_equipment as well and I can't seem to figure out how to spawn equipment such as planes & tanks. Been using the name given to me in the files but still no luck.
