Modding help - Custom National Focus description and name.

Hello, i am currently having issues with Custom National Focuses and putting a description and proper name on them rather than just displaying it's id by default. I am editing with Notepad ++

I watched a Youtube tutorial, and followed instructions as told: Create a new .yml file in the [Localisation] folder. Called it "australia_focus_I_english" and entered in the following:

AST_change_in_government:0 "Change In Government"
AST_change_in_government_desc:0 "Times have changed, technology and the knowledge of the world have gone to new levels. It is time we upgrade and rewrite our politics to keep up."
AST_work_improvements:0 "Work Improvements"
AST_improvements_desc:0 "With new industrial technology, comes new complications. We must improve on this to make our industry reach its absolute peak."
AST_terraforming:0 "Outback Terraforming"
AST_terraforming_desc:0 "The outback is an absolute dry and barren wasteland, its time we start terraforming and make this land actually liveable."

It is exactly how the video followed (Well it wasn't really step by step, it was more like do this and this and put this in but except with your own tags etc.) i've even examined the millennium dawn mod version, and it's the exact same.

Any help from Modders who know this?

Could you start the game in debug mode and see if you get any errors?
