Switch language

I tried googling and searching this Forum a lot, but it didn't help, so I'm posting this:

How can i change the language of HOI4 (to English)? I have the German version, but as i installed BlackICE mod, I see a lot of missing description texts, most probably due to my German version. The way steam describes it is not working, because there is no tab "Language" where it should be, only "General" to "DLC".

Oookay i'm stupid...it can be changed by clicking on the flag in the game's launcher...
But it was the cause of the missing description texts, which are now working properly.
