Kaiserreich best country?

What is the best (most interesting/fun) country in kaiser? Major or not does not matter much. I really liked communist chine in vanilla hoi, maybe something simmilar here?

germany and japan are ok, i havent played more yet but i heard internationale has better content and you should check russian unifiers and us civil war nations

General consensus is Russia. It's got a large focus tree and is big on the one thing players care about in HOI4: territorial expansion. Fabricating war goals can take some time in Kaiserreich, but when you have a bunch of focus war goals and events to go to war, it becomes much easier.

I really like the unique mechanics of Romania and Serbia, plus both can do some amazing growth to rival some bigger minors.

I had fun with Canada, you can invade Britain and then play as Britain afterwards if you want to.
