Will the balance of power system be featured in other countries?

Probably the best feature in the dlc imo, since it gives some much needed, if small, depth to the politics ingame, even if its not a realistic representaion, and more customization is always great. Hoi4 is pretty much a ww2 larp rpg when you think about it.
Balance of power definetly needs to be introduced for all the paths in especially Russia, Germany and Japan, Japan could be first since they already have the interservice rivalry descisions and its easier to implent it in game in accordance with Japans history in ww2.
Only having 1 major and 2 minors( who pretty much no one will play and will never effect anything in game unless you play them) is absolutely an under representation and i hope paracox continues expanding on it.
