Hotjoin enabling console commands for everyone in multiplayer BIG ISSUE PLEASE ADDRESS

Just got off a multiplayer game where a very big issue has appeared for potential future multiplayer games that the developers really need to address.

Primarily, we discovered that after a hot join, console commands were enabled FOR EVERYONE. You could turn off the fog of war, have instant research, automatically win wars and annex states. This is extremely problematic for future multiplayer games, as trolls and sore losers can quite literally destroy games or provide themselves with an unfair advantage over their opponents.

A player could quite simply hot join, type "winwars" then exit the game
A player could type "fow", and see every enemy unit on the map without anyone knowing
A Player could give themselves instant research or production, and infinite manpower, and most people would not know about this until it was too late.

We have also tried investigating if resyncs from desynchronisations also cause this enabling of console commands, but have yet to confirm it.

If the developers could do everything possible to rectify this issue and disable console commands after hot joins it would be extremely appreciated; right now, this bug has the potential to destroy the open multiplayer community we currently have, and force password white listed servers on everyone.

this is a serious issue, the devs dont really go on the steam forums much so I suggest going onto the paradox website forums and reporting it as it needs to be fixed fast

You are aware that the devs still patch and update the game outside of paid DLC?
