ethiopia joins allies

ai italy cannot annex ethiopia.because they join the allies shortly before they surrender.
is it a bug? only the AI has this problem

its not bug. Ethiopia creates government in exile in the UK. To avoid this, you need to kind of capitulate it before May 19, 1936

this event blocks the focus tree for italy. the AI doesn't do anything. that can't be right

U have to cap Ethiopia before historical date , there is no other way

If you dont play ironman you can use custom game rules so Ethiopia won't join the allies.

Not a bug but poor game design. Good thing we got half baked SA focus trees tho. God forbid they actually give the majors any attention.
