kaiserreich maximum supported division limit
How do i increase it is there a way to? and also it says uncapped : 600 what does that mean?

It means that your supported division number is 600. If you go over it you will start to have penalties. But you rarely need more than 150 divisions anyway.
To increase the cap, just increase the economic mobilisation law and have more factories.

You can also turn off the division limit and economic demobilization in the settings when starting a new game.
