yeah that processor compares very similar to mine and i have no problems running it, so should be fine
Generally, for HOI IV the main performance determinants are your hard disk (I assume an SSD at least) and your main memory amount and speed. The graphics card isn't stretched and the cpu is mostly concerned with single core speed.
Those specs are so far above recommended it's not funny, and you'd know that if you looked at the store page.
But then with those specs he would be on the low end of such threads. Nothing to show off really. Decent, but not overwhelming.
Why you running a new card with such an old CPU? You're never gonna get the best performance from said GPU.
