I am not fan of exp forces and I tend return them to owner (if not intended form my manpowers slave) but in alliance AI tend to send you exp. forces if you are in war that it can nto directly reach - eg. because there are borders only between you and enemy so any forces must go though your territory only. Not sure how it work with UK as basicaly all is naval invasion but thats probably you need to do - make some war/naval invasion for yourself with big area conquered and lets hope Uk will send you forces there.
make a unit with 25 infantry
Spam the 1 infantry in production, should be able to make at least 100 each batch
Once they are fielded switch them to the 25s.
From each batch you will field 100k manpower and turn it into 2.5m
