Yes you can play on after those points but there's little reason to / you have not actually finished the war yet.
The population mechanic is there primarily to serve as a counter for your manpower pool, mathematically it's kind of hard to get 5% of your population available as manpower if there is no population count to pull that 5% from.
Because in real life there was still one man with one woman. As stated above, one guy can impregnate as many women as he has the endurance to bed.
There will never be a negative population modifier for bombing civilians, because you can't bomb civilians. It is listed in one of the pinned threads. Everyone you kill in this game is always a soldier. There are lots of ways this game doesn't simulate war correctly (like being able to instantaneously send orders to units that are half a world away), and this is one of them.
It talking about bombing but if German loses 10 million men it birth rate should stagnat or decline
Hoi 4 time spand is 10 years. Vic 2 time span is 100 years. Vic 2 time spand is 10 times bigger. 5 generations can fit inside time span of 100 years. Zero generations can fit inside time span of 10 years. Hoi 4 does not care about the time after WW2. Hoi 4 is WW2 game.
