Peace Conference Problems with the Puppet States and Liberated States by Indicating Non-Core States [HOI4]
Hello.

I've been playing HOI4 for a very long time. And so far the Peace Conference has been very straightforward and easy to understand. But now the BY Blood alone DLC came out and even if you don't have the DLC, the peace conferences have been revamped. Now there are more options to challenge, free or puppet. However, I have now found a problem. For example, it was befor possible to conquer Poland and then liberate Kashubia in the conference and then give Poznan, which is not a core state of
Kashubia . But now I have found that this is no longer possible. I can liberate Kashubia etc., but i can no longer give territory that is not a core state.

So I would like to ask here whether I may have overlooked this function.
Any help or confirmation that this feature is no longer available would be appreciated.

By the way, sorry for misspelled words or misunderstood sentences. I'm not the best at ENglish as I'm not from an English speaking country. So I had to use Google translate sometimes. So I'm sorry if something's wrong.

Bump, this is a serious issue that has to be addressed. We need this feature BACK, as it was available, so it should be available in the new system.
Also, there is a thread on paradox plaza forum, but apparently they don't want to do anything with it.

They said it was removed because of "technical reasons". Huh.... fml
I dont have it first hand but from other discussion:

"when you puppet someone, or change their government etc. they show up in the beneficiaries tab next to war victors, there you can pick them like any other country and give them lands that way"

I can give land to puppets called during the war, but I can't do it to the ones created during the PC that appear in the beneficiaries tab. Unless they changed it in the new beta patch.

Same for me, but i don't have the DLC. I was thinking it was "free patch"/DLC difference, but apparently everyone got a short side of a stick.

Now we have to wait for the modding community like the DLC has great mechanics and Im happy with the changes outside of this aspect which breaks the game for me

It's not paradox plaza, lol, you don't have to excuse your criticism every next sentence.
And i doubt mods will change much, because mods are fine and dandy, but i haven't seen any that mingle with paid mechanics — not in hoi4, not in ck2/3, not in eu4.
