Italy-Ethiopia War Bug

So as one of those rare players that likes the 1939 start I find that Italy will always be at war with ethiopia even though it doesn't exist in 1940. Also there seems to be a problem since without any land Italy can't make ethiopia surrender and so is constantly war with it ruining Italy's war support and stability. It seems like a really minor issue which really should have been corrected since it always happens everytime I player the 1939 start.

if you release ethiopia, then annex them through the consolem, that should sort the problem out

Admittedly yes, I probably should have figured that out before hand but it does seem like a immersion ruining experience for the player especially for people playing a country allied to italy needing to sort it out. After looking through the game files I found theres a white peace with Ethiopia commented out of the Italian histroy game file. I'll probably just post a quick fix on the workshop just to sort it out but it does seem to be a oversight by Paradox on such an easily fixable issue.
