Hoi4, Crusader Kings 4 Attempt; formed empire of solomon but I have no option to move capital to palestine. Bug?
The Title Says everything, Ive done everything Ive (supposedly) needed to do to ge the option but its not even appearing in my descisions, is it bugged or am I missing something?

There's a focus that gives you the decision.

Ive done nearly all of the focus's, though let me guess, I needed to form the empire of zion instead of the picking the one true hier of solomon didnt I?

Might be the problem. There's a Trophy button in the top right corner that shows what has to be done to get the achievement. Maybe it's listed there.

All it says is "capital: Palestine"

No, palestine starts under british control so its impossible to do without going to war with the entire allies, which means the only way I can win is to somehow get naval superiority, which is impossible unless I do it myself.

If what your implying is the case then Im not gonna even bother trying to get it because its gonna require me to play past 1948.
