Game shows as being too big on my 4k screen?
When I launch this game it shows as being to big for my 4k monitor. Parts of the screen are off to each side of my 4k monitor. Sometimes it jumps to the correct size screen itself, but I notice it has changed the windows Override high Dpi scaling Behaviour and set it to application for the Hearts of Iron exe. But once I restart the game even with Dpi scaling set to application for Hearts of Iron exe, it just shows as being too big for my 4k screen again. This has to be a bug because no other game I own. Does anyone know how to fix this behaviour because it's driving me nuts? Thank you!

I'll give that a go thanks, but is this game really stuck with a bug that just allows you to use DirectX 9 (legacy)
