Launcher HOI4 broken

I uninstall HOI4 and Steam, register clean....Launcher still broken, i can't play !!!! Thank you

It seems like, after Europa Universalis IV, Hearts of Iron IV is also not working anymore...

It's kinda weird isn't it?
Because everytime a new launcher is released players have problems, with playing these games

When the new launcher came out, It open once, crashed and locked me out. This is how I fixed it post hot-fix update. After Three days I did this...

Go to Game system files, "launcher-installer-windows.msi" ran that, uninstalled the launcher. Downloaded the most up to date launcher from here, https://play.paradoxplaza.com

When I tried to run the launcher it failed to launch "We're so sorry it didn't work" bs message. Then I went into Steam, when I hit play it said synchronizing and now the launcher works and I have full access to the game + Mods.

fix this please game wont run - im doing nothing to try fix Im not wasting 1 second of my time after you guys broke it - you sort it please - or its delete as much as love this game I really cant be wasting time starting a game, waiting, waiting, looking at a black empty screen ....
