Avoid civil war
Hi! I have a big trouble. I didn't have that before the recent updates. I can't change anymore m'y ideology (communism) without have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ civil War. I can't understand why. Before update, i just had to carefully read thé popup, and government passed communist. But now, i have just the choice between play communist of former government. I tried that with Yougoslavia and France...

Anyone? Thanks!

You must use Decisions to convert to another ideology peacefully now.

Go into the decisions tab: Open Political Discourse for 10% popularity. This is 75 PP.

Then, you can do other decisions to lower other parties or raise your party's popularity.
After it gets to 50% (40? 30? idk) you can demand a referendum for 100 PP.
