Romanian Split Czechoslovakia Focus Bugged?
I've started a number of Romania playthroughs. Those playthroughs invariably focus on attempting to keep Romania indepedent, and dominating the Balkans. One of the entries in that section of the National Focus tree is "Split Czechoslovakia", which allows Romania to split that country with Germany (assuming Germany agrees). The requirements include having a standing army of 500K troops, and an estimated military strength that's 1.5x that of Czechosslovakia.

Getting 500K troops is easy enough, if a bit time consuming early on. But I have *never* in any of my playthroughs managed to get the 1.5x strength.

Another curiosity about the focus is that if I click on the focus, the description is absent. Instead, I get the 'Rom_Split_Czech_desc' placeholder. Clearly, that's a bug. And if one part of the focus is bugged, then perhaps the part of the focus that compares estimated military strength is also bugged?

I'm curious -

1.) Do others also have the placeholder description text for that focus? I'm wondering whether it's a bug for everyone, or an apparent corruption of my install.
2.) Have you played Romania recently, and if so were you able to successfully get 1.5x the estimated military strength of Czechoslovakia? If so, how many troops were in your military?
3.) Is there a way to look at how the game estimates military strengths so that I can determine whether the estimated military strength check is working properly?

If the answers to 1 and 3 are no, does anyone have any ideas on how I could go about repairing the focus? I've already validated the install files, and reinstalled both the relevant DLC and the complete game. But none of those have worked.

I have the same issue with the description, but I didn't get that far.

I found the console command to remove the fog of war, and was able to count the side of Czechoslovakia's army. Based on the number of divisions that they had, and the number of battalions in each of those divisions, it appeared that they had around 400K troops. And that means that while the Split national focus requires 500K troops, you're actually going to need around 600K unless you can come up with a gamey gimmick to quickly raise the number of troops that you need (I can think of a couple). Unfortunately, if you wait until you get 600K troops the normal way, then Germany will have already disposed of Czechoslovakia.
