[Solved 2 years ago lol] Is there a console command to freely change laws?

I have tried looking for it, but couldn't find any console commands that let me change a country's laws freely regardless of prereqs. Maybe I'm looking for the wrong words but would appreciate any help.

I don't know anything about console commands; but countrylaws are "ideas". So if there is a command to get a new idea, then you have it.
