FMs gain experience from the amount of 24-division generals they have under their command, so now I am gaining XP much faster. Generals having 30 division perk also makes it even better.
I am at level 7 right now (1942) but should be able to get level 9 as I am also about to war dec the allies for the Awake and Angry achievement. With my 7 generals with 24/30 divisions each, XP gains very quickly.
I made a lot of micro managing with this general : encircling and destroying divisions is jackpot for xp.
Good idea. Completely forgot about just promoting since Generals 'generally' level up faster.
but i replayed it again to see a tip i read in paradox forums about how using the field marshall as a general of 24 divisions and just encircling and destroying pockets gave a ton of xp. and xp went up pretty fast. the time i spent getting 10k xp to lvl 8 to lvl 9 only took like an hour compared to the tons of hours it took to get to lvl 8.
