Achievements and Using Console Commands

So, I'm pretty new and am taking my first dip into modes that will permit me to get achievements.

More out of curiosity than an intention to use them, do console commands prevent a save from getting achievements? I'm sure the answer is out there, but I can't find it by searching.

It doesn't make sense that I could still get achievements, but it doesn't seem like the requirements for unlocking achievements specifically disables console commands. Is there a way to check in-game if your save file is elegible for achievements?

Achievements can only be earned on ironman mode and console commands are disable on ironman mode.

When selecting a game to load or picking a country to play on the world map there should be a trophy icon on the bottom left. Hower over it to see requirement for game to be able to earn achievements. If there's a green tick you can get achievements on the save.
