Can't beat France as Germany

By the time I invade France they have 133 divisions and they just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deathstack them in Belgium and I can't push through.

Using WW I will give you the same result. Use Blitzkrieg tactics.

Cut up the French army with armor. Don’t push against them.

you could naval invade or para a port and just go around.

the schlieffen plan is like the most obvious thing

better yet just go democratic germany and just ally everyone in europe, then invade anyone that goes communist before flipping communist yourself and invading everyone else.

also if you can get italy or spain into the war they will steamroller through the south

Easy trick here
1. complete Danzig or war and maginot focus as soon as you're ready to start the war
2. don't invade Poland just yet, but invade Netherlands and Belgium first
3. have your troops around french border
4. invade Poland, and the allies will declare war on you
5. finish Poland as fast as you can
6. call Italy to war, french troops on your border will be sent to help defend Italian forces.
7. reach Paris with your tanks

Small hitch there, "Danzig or War" will start the war and the Allies will join in. You can choose to ignore if you like, but that will give the Allies time to move troops into Poland and fortify possibly even launch an assault on Prussia.
There is no reason to wait with the invasion of Poland, get it over with and move your troops west to get ready for the assault on the Benelux. Finish "Around the Maginot" and declare war on the Netherlands only when you are ready to attack, then move on to Belgium and declare war when ready and quickly go through them to Paris

you need to set up your tanks in a concentrated force in the southern netherlands and push through there with infantry/motorized uspport
your main infantry armies should be attacking the enemies in the ardennes so they cant reinforce northern belgium

If you declare war on the Netherlands but not Belgium, you can do things one step at a time.
The easiest way to France is from the north through Belgium and along the coast.
Get a strong formation to go from the north straight to Paris. As soon as that's taken than they'll surrender and create Vichy France.

I also found helpful to prepare motorized army - then, as they wrote above, finish netherland first, prepare fast army on the border with Belgium, and rush Paris before allies send troops to Belgium.

I recommend using excess eastern front divisions to also establish an offensive in the south in support of the italians. If you push along the coast, and not through the mountains, you can often make a decent breakthrough and start to flood in divisions, that at the least will extend the french frontline and demand responding divisions that will at the least thin their defensive lines up north, and at best will allow successful offensive pushes in both the north and the south, where one of which is likely to make it to paris.

Best method i have found for beating france as germany is... taking netherlands and belgium early (declare on DEI and belg as soon as possible ) you can get both before tension rises to 25% if you dont do the Rhineland focus and simply bypass it have 2 Groups of 24 divisions on french border and 1 group of 12-16 tank divisions behind it when you get the Danzig or war.. you are ready to smash france in seconds

you save 40-ish days by justifying on poland first thing so you get a goal in october 1937, spamming troops all the way and then moving on to around maginot where france will guarantee them and skip war with france anyway

A small group of tanks with ALL your air attached to them should be capable of punching through Belgium and then the French/British will not be able to react fast enough to stop you doing what the Germans did IRL and taking out Paris and removing them. Chuck in some cheap cavalry that you can snake once you do a break through, it will ruin the AI's ability to counter you.

producing an army of cavalry is one thing I think a lot of players look over. While obviously they don't have quite the stats of motorized, they are much cheaper, consume less supply, and still provide somewhat effective move speed at 8km/hr to help outpace infantry.

I often find myself trying to use one army of 12ish cavalry divisions and find a lot of benefit out of using them in relatively low supply areas, extending enemy frontlines in order to force their high quality divisions outside of concentrated areas, flanking enemy entrenchments or around to enemy victory points, and sometimes just taking advantage of their cheap production cost to outright suicide attack in order to allow CAS to deliver abusive damage to enemy divisions.
