How to Play (with mods) without the Launcher Bug

This is the process that worked for me
0: Unsubscribe from all of your mods and put them in a collection if you have not already!
1: delete the file named "launcher-v2.sqlite" OR "launcher-v2_openbeta.sqlite" in Documents/ParadoxInteractive/HOI4, and also the folder called "mod"
2: Launch the game in the launcher
3: Re-subscribe and add the mods to a playset. Then, launch HOI4 with that playset
4: Exit the game
5: Click "PLAY" but this time, click the option to launch HOI4 without the launcher
I really hope this works for you, it worked for me.
You do not have to use mods, it works for regular game too.
