Supply in no step back
Hello. The following situation has developed in the game. Some of my troops were surrounded on a large stretch of the coast. 15 divisions were stuffed into the bag. There is a supply hub in the surrounded area, which is located in the port of level 5. The railway to the junction has been cut by the enemy. Why does not the supply by sea begin? There is a level 4 port nearby, which is occupied by me, there is a railway to it. My imports go to this port, the sea is controlled by mine.

You need to give some pictures or more context.

Three things I can think of -
1. The bug about naval supply routes, you can see this by the mouse over of the port
2. Overseas supply can only have one sea segment
3. The game hasn't updated somehow and save and restart might fix it

Or, it is a bug.

Same issue described elsewhere, I think. The new supply system is so broken.

Difficult to say without context, but my guess would be the bug with supply not transferring through straits that are at least somewhat controlled by a neutral country or by an enemy.

The supply system will not reroute to another free port that doesn't have to pass through said strait and thus will not send any supply whatsoever because the strait is impassable.

bug in current version, whole Japan is unplayable from start, any other major is unplayable with naval invasions. Developers marking issues as "works per design". Paradox doing Paradox things as usual, it was the last game I bought from them as for now, sailing high seas from now on.
