How to enable -debug
Every time i go into properties and enter -debug, it always does not work, no matter how many times i press enter.

there are two kinds of debug mode

ingame console type "debug" for 1 type

and "tdebug" for the other

This guy means the debug mode for modding and such, probably wants access to the Nudger. Though if you can't get it to work by typing in "-debug" in launch option, you may want to try validating the game files or reinstalling the game completely (and I mean deleting the HoI4 folder in user/documents/paradox_interactive too, just don't forget to backup any custom mods or save files you still need)
