Just because lots of people speak the language it does not mean that enough of those people actually buy enough games to warrant a translation.
dude, since most games do not support Turkish language, you cannot see Turkish language in this list. You must support us.
Turkish is not the 5th most spoken language in the world, it is the 17th. That being said, it includes Polish language, which is the 43rd. So there's also that.
If you want to use a non-supported language in the game, you should look for a workshop mod that does that. Quick check shows there is one for Turkish, although I can't say how good it is or if it even works.
Did you actually look at the link. It is not based on games but the language that the users of steam set as their main language.

If they're going to do the 17th most common language, shouldn't they do the 2nd most common first? It is also missing. And after that, shouldn't they do other languages more common than Turkish as well?
If they thought it was worth the expense of adding these languages, they would have done so. Until then you can accomplish the same thing with a mod. It's not the end of the world.
