How to unlock "Now this is getting childish" achievement as Yugoslavia?
I know that as either Yugoslavia or Bulgaria, you have to be at war with the other country while both of them are ruled by a child, but I don't know anything specific that I need to do.

As Bulgaria, go down the power to the tsar focus, and get to the plot against Boris focus. Once you've gotten rid of Boris, you select the regency council focus and that puts your child leader in charge. Then, if playing historically, Yugoslavia will sign the tripartite pact, then their leader will be replaced by their child leader. simply help your axis friends fight him and BAM ez achievment

does this require dlc?

does this require dlc?
Yes, Need battle for bosphorous DLC to get bulgaria focus tree. I assume you need Death or Dishonor for Yugoslavia's tree as well.
