Way too complicated

I have written a couple of times already about my experience with the game, that's the last on this topic. I find game's complexity to be beyond anything I know. It is attractive and interesting, I spent more than 1000 hours playing it. Now, after a 1000 hours, I finally managed somehow, with greatest stress and trouble to beat Britain. I was playing on the easiest level possible with all thinkable cheats (manpower, instant construction, research, etc) on. Still, even with this whole stuff on the game is relatively hard. I have no idea guys, how you play it without cheats and on the higher complexity levels. It's probably just not for me - the game is impossible hard.

i love WiTE I just bought 2 and believe it or not im better at that game on normal than i am(Usually) playing with black ice lol. i assume hes talking about vanilla which is pretty easy but black ice makes it actually pretty hard.

Oh its beatable just unnervingly hard Germany is the best one because you already got plenty of factorys and pretty much already in war eco For me I'd Personally Put The Rest Of the Military Factorys To Weapons And when they either get full or what i'd do all the time To around 50k to maybe 100 even less min 20 I'd switch over to supply which might be around 1938 to 1937 and so on and so forth for me i havent been able to arm germany to how it was in real life (cheating lili ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) and pretty much only cover ground forces Oh Do note for sinpleplayer medium tanks seem to be the go to i wouldnt put any military factorys to light tanks and whatnot and go for 1936 anschluss so for even more factorys and around 1938 for focus start doing the czechia annexation don't forget memel and all that along with that my winning game i had puppeted both dutch east indies and the netherlnads so i would make a claim and declare war as soon as you can so you can get a nice boost

I found Imperator way easier, atleast winning wars is like beating up a toddler.
I had to actually play for like 40 hours before understanding the combat and most mechanics in this game, after that it was a cakewalk.

Complicated is what happens when you have trivial busy work to know and do that isn't realistic for a world leader, like in production and trade. And when you combine that with the simplified tech, events, and decisions along with the accuracy shortcuts of the map, and units of hoi4, what I think he means to say is 'Complicated or for no reason whatsoever'. Hoi4 is indeed easy; too easy. What it ISN'T is as accurate or realistic. It just takes you longer to do some stuff. You want to pat yourself on the back for playing hoi4, be my guest. I can't stand it.

It is prety easy to take Britain but not USA..in all my games playing as Germany I cant take USA cuz for some reason my supplies are very low to support a strong army in the region even if I MAX OUT my regions (usually Canada)

I used a smaller army to begin with. You have to advance fast though, before he rushes in divisions to bug you down.

Just opened hoi4(BI) again today. And as with every time I've opened it yet, I run into something that makes me smirk, half-laugh, SMH, say something profane, save and exit out. This time it was carrier aircraft. You cannot access the type of CV aircraft off the unit. It's just listed as it's tech level. No need to keep your memory fresh about something as trivial as CV aircraft i guess, unless you were interested in that much detail. But if you were, you'd be playing Darkest hour.
