Decrease World Tension [Command/Event/Focus]

Hello guys !

I see a lot of time players wants to decrease the world tension and i tried to use this command "threat [amount]". This command can increase the WT buy the amount writed, but at a certain moment when u use a big number the WT decrease by a huge number.

Recently, i've found the right number for lower YOUR WT for don't break a lot your game, and this number is : 2147483647. If u type higher number than this u can reduce only by 1%, but if u type lower than it, u can reduce YOUR WT by 2/3/4...%

Example, if u want to reduce by 50% your WT u need to type this 2147483597 (2147483648-50). And if u want to understand why u need to use 2147483648 instead of 2...647, it's because 2...648 refer to 0%.

U can use this in console command, event or focus if u modding a bit.
