Is there any way to remove the British Raj's "Agrarian Society" debuff?
As most know, the British Raj suffers from a debuff called, "Agrarian Society", which limits its total manpower by around 2/3. I've looked through the national focus tree for the nation and cannot find any focus which will remove the debuff, so now I turn to the discussion board for help. Is there a way to remove this debuff?

That's what I thought. I guess the allies would be pretty overpowered if they could utilize India's full population to bear.

India is trying to resolve this currently, thats why the farmers are rising up there.

switch tag to pakistan or bangladesh and conquer india.
Not really a solution, but a workaround.

I think the only way to get an india without the modifier is to create a collaboration government. Even regular puppets have it.

You cannot remove it entirely, but through focuses it does get mitigated somewhat.
