A question for playing as Bulgaria.
I started up a game as Bulgaria and saw that I couldn't train any new units or edit any division templates even after building up some army experience. I was unable to figure out why. Does anyone know?

Because National Spirit called Army Restrictions.
I generally remove it after enter for Axis, but have some others ways. But take time, anyway.

wait for the nazis to frick romania, yugo and greece to get free land then end army restrictions and join axis.

i joined the axis it doesnt go away
