Report a translation problem
You can access your HOI4 savegames here:
This PC > Documents > Paradox Interactive > Hearts of Iron IV > save games
Copy your save file to your desktop or another location to be used later if you mess something up bad. If you do mess something up, delete the save game in your folder, and copy the one on your desktop to then paste in the save game folder.
Your current game can't be fixed though, it already saved after you did that most likely. I generally don't bother save scumming HOI4 though. You can beat the guarantee or just attack other countries to increase your power base before attacking that one.
Also you could install a cheat mod and activate it for your playthrough. Achievements will be void but you could continue your game if it's that big of an issue.
power base?
Just a word to describe your country's strength. If you for example took over a few other countries to get more factories/equipment, you'd have a larger power base.
