i do not think there is a fix for that,literally played mw2019 with no freezes then launched modern day and it lags

Autosave tends to create issues, even so far as to cause involuntary crashes if you do something mid-save on MD. For the lag, stuttering, etc, the only solution I can give you is to make autosaves less common, and play on speeds under 5.

Oh, and before starting a game, make sure to select the box that reduces AI division production, that should help at least a little.

Reduce AI division production? Where is that option? In the custom rule?

I get a message that it isn't updated for the latest vesrion of the game ? I don't think I updated my game. Where could I find mod update then ?
