Invade USA after 1940 and more

I play Italy in historical and the last problem is the USA. He have 500-600 and me 269 units, i have invade Washington D.C but he come with 80 units for defence the homeland, and overrun me. I have again 3 naval invasion for him (Florida-Richemond-Louisiane) and Mexican front.
I need again naval him or more front for beat 500 units ? I don't want more reset for gain the success steam with this Pizza.
( my navy : ~70 submarine and my puppet France/England/Japan/Russia)

You have any tips guys for beat the USA in historical ?

annex japan and england to get their navy, and how about your air? do you have any planes and cas in there? because planes are vital in HOI 4

With all Novus Imperum, ~10k planes and US ~15k, i think up airport lvl 10(Jamaîca and Bermudes) and interception ?
I have AA in template 14/4 and 7/2
(Canada surrender because i fail the help for the war)

Multi invade, multiple fronts west and east. USA sucks at handling multiple fronts.

flip mexico and canada's ideology midgame and just use them as a beach head
