Cant Attack
My troops refuse to march directly into Yuhan but instead want to march all the way to Vietnam and enter that way. Im at war with china why wont they attack. The chinese attack me no problem.

`looks to me like the red country (communist china i assume?) is not at war with china

tbf I didnt check that but that territory was chinese and my troops took that over just fine, now they wont go any further

If you have military access with any of the china's any turf you take will transfer to that china if they have a core on it. If it is not at war with Japan then you can't attack directly from that turf anymore.

Try looking over their mil access to see if anyone in your faction has it as that will transfer to you as well.

are you sending a move command to a county behind a blocked pass? I think that can make them "move" to the "shortest" non blocked path. In that case you would have to break through the pass.... or "walk the shortest route".

So it was something along this as the issue. I am not aligned with Com. China but for whatever reason gave their territory back and they werent at war with china. Simple fix I just declared war on Com.C
