how do i invite ottoman loyalists?

as you know i want to form the ottoman empire, Wow so original! but i dont know how to invite das loyalists for the focus tree

Go down the Kemalist line (far left) of the focus tree and then make sure the conservatists and not the Kemalist win the election. That gives you a secondary focus tree moving down towards the Ottoman Empire where the invitation gets made by event.
If the Kemalists win the election you will not get that event.

You have to pay attention to your descisions tab. One of them will allow oyu to change your Line of succescion. As long as you do that when the EMperor dies the event will fire and you can have to first Female Ottoman Sultana.

I think that's it's at the start of the civil war you got one or two choices depending on the opposition's event, don't piss the traditionalists, and the other choice is "it's unconstitutional"

Trying to get the ottomans in power is certainly a fantasy for sure. You pretty much have to run Turky into the ground and the Ottomans eventually join your government randomly at like 1939 or something with a event.

So being more understanding and less sarcastic. With the left tree you either side with "the Father of Turky" or the Islamic extremist opposition. The Extreamist opposition is the DP. So anyways You trigger the election events with the far left part of the tree, finish the rest of it. At this point the focus tree should funnel down to a focus called "Turkish Civil War". When this civil war happens it should allow you to invite ottoman loyalist. In a way it's like you are ruining Turkey to restore the ottomans during the heat of WW2. Good luck from there I already give up.

In the election even you get the choice between republicans and the Demokrat Parti. DP needs to win that election

The focus immediately after is called "Achieveing Atatürk's Dream" initially. If you want to go for the Ottoman Empire and you select the DP as the winner of the election then that focus changes it's name to "The Milletin Adami"
You can double check you are going the right way by checking it's name like that

Once you've done "Purge the Officers" focus you then get another event asking if you would like the old ottoman officers to return, you need to accept their help to get the Ottomans back in power
