AI is cheating, teleporting units into landlocked provinces

I cut off an enemy from a port and magically they spawn more units in the encircled area. How does Paradix not fix this?

Only things I can think of is either the new units are paratroopers, or they are forming new units out of the poorly supplied older units there (which deletes the old units). Or, you've "encircled" a nation but they are still producing units on their territory?

Never heard of this ability, either for the AI or the player. Care to explain how it's done?

I don't think the AI even does it, but when you select multiple units that are under-supplied there's a little button on the unit tab to combine them, giving you a more full-strength division.

Maybe volunteer divisions sent by another nation? I experienced that my volunteers sent in support of Japan, arrived in an encircled/unsupplied area in China.

i get it all the time. enemy units surrounded in 1 prov. then loads of divs upto 100 suddendly appear in the prov just as im about to beat them . they defeat my attack then teleport back out again. Its not paras its tanks and inf. even if it was paras they wouldnt be able to fly back out again as no airbase to fly them out.
havnt done it in HOI4 but in HOI 2 i swithced sides a few times and disbanned all the Enemy units then went back to my side again only for the AI to instantly train hundreds more divs within a few days. usualy only did that if i was playing a smal country that got atacked by a major and i was going to get wiped out lol.

you described exactly what was going on. i was in spain and took the northern ports during the civil war so the communists couldnt reinforce the north. did that, then all of a sudden they had more units in areas that had no access to the sea.

"up to 100s of divs" i have in 1.5k hours in this game NEVER seen units spawn in an encirclement much less teleport into and out of one so either show proof or im calling BS

also the ♥♥♥♥ does HOI2 AI cheating have to with HOI4?
