how to get the ottoman sultana?
so,ive been doing a turkey game and due to memey overpoweredness (and boredom) im wanting to try and get the alternative sultan/the sultana(?) in power instead of the old guy. how exactly do i do so,though? im thinking its through one of the decisions but if it is,i cant find it. im also thinking it has something to do with a focus, but im less confident in that due to...you know...turkey tree being 2 lines for politics.

also unrelated but also semi-serious,how tf do i get Manpower as a greece-occupying turkey, ive legit had 0 since they started trying to attack my now-defunct lvl 4 forts and i legit cannot seem to get past 0,and i cannot enact any recruitment policies,is this a glitch or am i just being a stupid bad noob who cant wait a few months?

As far as manpower, you keep division count low, so you can increase the conscription law when you fighting a larger enemy army. You only need about 10-12 good divisions to hold against Greece. The Greece AI will deploy more divisions as soon as possible so it doesn't take long. You can convert other divisions to larger divisions when you have more manpower.

You get a decision to change to succession law. That allows females to became sultan. The old sultan dies sometime after 1942, then you get Sultana.

For Greece manpower, you need to remove or lower the negative manpower that Greece starts with. You have several focus that increase manpower. As Greece you need air craft which requires manpower. You find it hard to beat anybody nearby without either CAS or Tactical bombers.

ok,that helps a fair bit, which tab/segment/catagory/whatever do i find this decision, and what year does it pop up?

also,i wasnt talking about playing AS greece,i was talking about occupying Greece AS turkey;they did thier stupid little byzantophile thing and somehow decided to not only attack me during my civil war,but also attack albania,Communist Bulgaria, and for some damn reason, the French...i took over all of greece though, still stuck at 0 manpower however.

You did the remove negative recruitment on the states and got high war support. If not you are in trouble.
