Can't See Enemy nor Allied Divisions

hi,

Recently I've been having a problem where I can't see the divisions of either my allies, nor the enemy. By this, I mean that I can see the 3d model, but I can't see anything else. I can't how many divisions there are, or what they're made of, etc.

Does anyone know what might be going on and/or a way to fix it?
Also, I noticed this only started happening after I used the Discord overlay chat thing if that helps.

Are you running mods?

I don't have any mods nor any of the DLCs running. Just the base vanilla game.

there is a button on the bottom right of the screen
that looks like a pawn from chess, click it, if that doesn't fix it gg

I had a similar problem, somehow my game was always pressing the edit frontlines button, try clicking around in the troops menu, maybe is that.

this happens when alt tabbing, as alt is the edit hotkey, and it can get stuck sometimes

mashing alt for a second usually fixes it for me
