Is not that thing..
For example, trying to play with Austria, im unable to pass over 9300 Manpower..
That's the thing im asking, if there's a way to turn off the limiter or increase it..
=/ for example, play as Luxembourg and create 3 army's of 24 each one.. (for example)
that's what i was asking.. not the Manpower cheat, but the Limiter.
Some say "Custom game rules" but, there isn't anything there.. not only for the "interesting" countries option, but in general..
any way to expand that limiter then? without having to invade someone at least?
Yeah i changed all i could, because i wasn't at war.
Don't know if that has to do anything, as Austria (the one i tried it) without changing the Army forces (divisions) i can rise up to... 1 army (i believe.. haven't checked before leave the game)
Anybody knows if it's matter of change a file to get rid of that limiter? or it's matter of annex countries?...
Based on what he is saying I think what he is trying to say is, that he cannot train divisions, because he hit a manpower cap, so he can only train like 2-3 divisions.
He needs to first deploy some divisions and then he can train more.
if this is the case OP you can only train up to 100% of your current army size at once with a min of 100k (if i remember correctly)
