"Space Marine" division template?

So I was looking up templates that would be fun to play around with in my future campaigns of this game, and I came across one called the "Space Marine" template, which the creator claimed is banned from tournaments and events of this game.

Incase you don't know about it, the template consists of 13 infantry, 4 artillery, and one tank destroyer, it's supported by engineers, artillery, and cavalry recon. Anyway, can any of you confirm if this template would be considered game-breakingly overpowered? Just curious.

yeah i tested it solo as turkey and i beat the soviets with them it's so op

yeah those type of templates can beat just about anything that is the most common one but not the only one, you can do it with just about any tanks v AI but TD is just so you can pen hostile tanks and (bc AI is dumb) you can often can't be penned due to lack of AT so you can just roll over everything. other then that its strong in MPs if massed because they can beat any normal div 1v2
