What does subversive activities cost do with La Resistance?
I noticed in the Soviet focus tree the NKVD path gives a reduction in "subversive activities cost". Since those are all done through espionage since La Resistance came out, what does it actually do?

Probably lowers the equipment cost. Probably.

i think it means it costs more or less to incite a coup in a the USSR or lowers equipment cost
