Where are the armored cars and cyclists?

in land doctrines and other techs I have several modifications for armored cars and bicycles, but as much as I look for this, I cannot manufacture it nor can I get where it is developed.

They are in the base game, if you are asking if why they aren't in the game. If you are looking for how to research it, then you might have to use console commands. As for manufacturing, only Armored Cars need to be manufactured.

But I don't understand how to make armored cars, I can only make tanks, from the Great War to the last, and I don't have that option in the infantry branch either.

and the cycling infantry? How does this work? I do not understand xD

Armored cars are at the middle of infantry tech tree. Bicycle batalions are unique units for Netherland and Japan, rest of countries can't use them.

The AC's are under the infantry equipment tab both in the tech tree and production menu. As for the cycling infantry, it is under the infantry battalions in the division designer, and ACs are under armored battalions. If you cannot use them, you may need the Waking the Tiger and La Resistance DLCs, if you don't have them. And then, if that doesn't work, you should be able to find console commands to give you the tech and/or equipment on the HOI4 wiki.

There is a way to get around that, as the Easybuff mod includes a decision that gives you the ability to give you bicycle battalions. Also, I heard of a mod that straight up adds the ability to allow anyone to acquire the tech.

I did not use mods. Prefer vanilla gameplay.

But yeah, everything is possible with mods. Even Haunebu saucers.

I have both DLC, but there is no trace of the famous armored cars, I even checked the tech trees, division templates and production lines from Germany, UK, France and the USA, no one has armored vehicles nor cyclists

this should be up to date in the latest version as i am out of all beta programs and the game always updates automatically plus i have all DLC enabled

I bought the mobilization pack, so I think I have all the DLC, and I don't have armored cars ... in fact, the only time I've seen armored cars is with the WWI mod

The mobilisation pack does not include La Resistance DLC and that is needed for armoured cars.

as mk11 said La Res not in mob Pack.. so no Armoured Cars AND you also dont have recon Air or Spies. but the little recon plane icon is there but not clickable ..until you DLC. :-) Ka Ching!!

If it downloads something it's missing data or a mod somehow messed it up. Check to see if the armored cars are there afterwards.

In your screenshot you are also missing the spy tab (top-left) which is a part of La Resistance, and as mentioned it's not included in the Moblization pack.
