White peace command doesn't work

I'm playing HoI The Great War and i'm playing the Ottomans. Italy has declared war on me and I fended off their invasion of Libya, now we're stuck in enternal war, and I tried to end it. I've tried wp ITA TUR and nothing happened. I've also tried it the other way around.

might need a wp mod. Also, you can use Allowdiplo command and then just white peace Italy.
